How to Register

Multihexa College offers guidance services to all students who want to register in one of its programs. Please contact Multihexa International Students Service via our Contact page. Our staff will gladly answer all your questions and guide you through all the steps from your registration until your arrival and throughout your stay in our beautiful region.
Training in a private college is advantageous compared to public colleges for international students because the tuitions fees are similar for a more personal and content orientated training.

3-Phase Process

Please contact Multihexa International Students Service via our Contact page. Our staff will gladly answer all your questions and guide you through all the steps from your registration until your arrival and throughout your stay in our beautiful region.

Phase 1 (for Student)

  • Check the validity of your Passport before starting the immigration process.
  • Scan your documents and send them to information@collegemultihexa.ca.
  • Complete and sign the Application Form
  • Sign the Multihexa College Policy for Refund and Cancellation for International Students.
  • Provide a Birth Certificate including your father and mother's names.
  • Bring valid Passport including the page with the bio data. (your Passport must be valid).
  • Provide Certificate/Diploma/highest degree of completed studies (if the original is in a different language than French or English, the original documents must be provided with an official translation certified by a professional translator).

Phase 2 (for College)

Collége Multihexa will study your request and the attached documents.

If your request is accepted, we will send you an email with the following information: Letter of Acceptance .
*If your request is rejected, an email will be sent to you to notify you of our decision.

Phase 3 (for Student)

  • Get a Study Permit from the Government of Canada.
  • Make an online application for the Study Permit from the Government of Canada. You will need our Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number O19338390153.
  • Get a CAQ from the Government of Quebec.
  • Make an online application for the CAQ (Certificat d'acceptation du Québec) from the Government of Quebec (provide the letter of acceptance from the college). The Ministry will send you your CAQ*.
*Note: You do not have to wait for the original CAQ by mail to make your application for the Study Permit. Join the acceptance letter provided by the College.

Admission Requirements

Aggregate of 50% – 55% or above IELTS: 6.0 overall with no bands less than 5.5
